Welcome to LOUKAS CAR CARE. By booking a service with us (online, phone, WhatsApp, website, or app), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1. LOUKAS CAR CARE is a doorstep + multi-brand auto service network working with verified technicians and partner workshops.

2. By booking a service, you authorize our team to inspect, diagnose, repair, or transport your vehicle as required.

3. All services are subject to availability based on location, technician schedule, and workshop load.


2. Booking & Scheduling

1. Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, phone, or QR code.

2. Appointment timing may vary based on traffic, weather, and workload.

3. A confirmed booking does not guarantee immediate service if unexpected delays occur.

4. Loukas reserves the right to reschedule or reject a booking for operational reasons.


3. Estimates & Approvals

1. A digital inspection report and estimate is shared before any major service.

2. No work starts without customer approval.

3. Estimates are valid for 7 days unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Prices may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

4. Doorstep Service Policy

1. Only minor and safe procedures are performed at doorstep locations.

2. Apartment/society permissions are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Loukas is not responsible for restrictions imposed by guards or society rules.

4. For safety, doorstep work may be refused in:

Poor lighting

Heavy traffic zones

No-parking / tow-away zones

Waterlogged or unsafe environments

5. Workshop / Garage Service

1. Major repairs are performed at partner workshops under Loukas supervision.

2. Pickup & drop is provided based on availability.

3. Loukas is not liable for delays caused by third-party workshops, vendor supply issues, or insurance surveyor schedules.

4. Customers may request live updates (photos/videos) during work progress.

6. Spare Parts & Warranty

1. Only OEM/OES quality spare parts are used unless the customer requests alternatives.

2. Warranty coverage depends on the brand and type of part.

3. Warranty is void if:

The part fails due to accident, misuse, or external damage

The vehicle is modified or repaired by another workshop

Recommended repairs were rejected by the customer

4. Labour warranty varies based on service type.

7. Payment Terms

1. Payments can be made via UPI, cash, bank transfer, or payment gateway.

2. Advance payment is mandatory for workshop jobs.

3. Final payment must be made before delivery of the vehicle.

4. Pending dues must be cleared on the same day of service completion.

5. Payment failures or disputes must be reported within 24 hours.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. You may cancel or reschedule anytime before the technician arrives.

2. No cancellation fee is charged for standard bookings.

3. If the technician reaches your location and the job is refused, a visit charge may apply.

9. Pickup & Drop Policy

1. Customers must hand over the vehicle with keys, RC, and fuel.

2. Loukas is not responsible for personal items left in the car.

3. Delivery timelines may change based on workshop load and availability of parts.

4. Loukas is not liable for delays caused by insurance surveyors or third-party approvals.

10. Vehicle Safety & Liability

1. All vehicles are handled with care; however, Loukas is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Hidden issues discovered during repair

Issues unrelated to the approved job

2. Loukas is not responsible for mechanical failures caused by:

Old parts

Lack of maintenance

Customer ignoring recommended repairs

3. Any test drive conducted by our technician is done with safety protocols.


11. Data & Digital Communication

1. Customers agree to receive messages, estimates, invoices, and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

2. Photos of your car (for inspection/work update) may be stored for service records.

3. Customer data is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Completion & Quality Check

1. Final QC is performed before delivery.

2. Customers must inspect the vehicle at delivery.

3. Any issue should be reported within 24 hours.

13. Refund & Disputes

1. Refunds are applicable only if:

Wrong part was installed

Service was not performed

Duplicate payment occurred

2. Refunds take 3–7 business days to process.

3. All disputes will be handled under applicable laws of West Bengal jurisdiction.
