1. Eligible for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in these cases:
✔ Wrong part installed
If an incorrect part was fitted and verified by our technician.
✔ Service not performed
Customer paid in advance, but the service could not be delivered.
✔ Duplicate payment
If money was deducted twice for the same transaction.
✔ Work cancellation before starting
If the customer cancels before the technician begins work at the workshop.

2. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
The customer approved the estimate and work already started
The customer supplied incorrect vehicle information
Failure occurred due to old/worn-out parts
Customer denies recommended repairs
Delay caused by third-party vendors or insurance surveyors

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days
Payment is processed to the original method (UPI/bank transfer)

1. Free Cancellations

If cancelled before the technician reaches the location
If operator reschedules due to weather/technical issues
If customer books by mistake and informs immediately

Technician reaches the location and customer refuses service
No one is available at the address
Customer location is incorrect or unreachable

3. Workshop Job Cancellation
For jobs requiring pickup/workshop:
✔ Before work starts → Free cancellation
✔ After work starts → No cancellation allowed
(Only estimate-approved jobs are started)

4. Cancellation of Monthly Plan / AMC
Plans cannot be cancelled once services begin
No partial refunds for unused months

1. Spare Parts Warranty
All OEM/OES parts installed by LOUKAS carry manufacturer warranty, which varies by product.
Examples:
Battery: 12–48 months
Filters: No warranty (consumable)
Brake Pads: 3–6 months (brand dependent)
Suspension parts: 6 months (T&C apply)
Warranty coverage depends on vendor/manufacturer terms.

2. Labour Warranty
We offer 7-day labour warranty on applicable services, covering:
Incorrect fitting
Workmanship errors
Warranty does not include wear & tear or misuse.

3. Warranty Not Applicable If:
Vehicle has accidental damage
Customer installs parts elsewhere after service
Customer refuses recommended repairs
Car is modified or tampered
Issue arises due to poor previous maintenance
Waterlogging, misuse, or external causes
Consumables (oil, filters) naturally degrade

4. Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty:

Polishing and detailing
AC gas refill
Washing
